I came across this sign (below) whilst out on a walk.

At first glance it was a mundane local authorities stock print, but wait, what's this? I was drawn closer..

 

In the middle of the poster stood an outlier.

A small Fine for such a foul crime. It poses no threat to person, purse or pet.

​

Upon closer inspection, I concluded that a radical spirit (captured below) must have erased three zeros, £1,000 becomes £1 and a once powerful Council Fine is reduced to a pulp.
